Warranty

Our covers come with a three-year limited manufacture warranty.

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase.

The warranty is not transferrable and is voided if the cover is modified in any way by the purchaser. Warranties only apply to purchases made and shipped within the continental USA.

In order to qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be properly installed, secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. During installation and removal, the cover must be taken care of, not to snag the cover on sharp objects. Pad all sharp corners or sharp objects on your vehicle before covering and use care when tightening straps.

Our covers come with a two-year limited manufacture warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage from:

  • High winds, extreme weather or acts of nature
  • Tears from sharp objects or corners of vehicle
  • Customer modifications or abuse
  • Normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution
  • Material color fading is not covered under warranty

IN ALL INSTANCES THE MANUFACTURER WILL, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, REPAIR THE DEFECT OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.

Filing a claim

Original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims: receipt proofs include but not limited to: sales records, Paypal transaction, or invoice with buyer’s name, date of purchase, item number / model.

Picture proofs are required for a warranty claim: photographs proofs include but not limited to: detailed pictures of the warranty damage; the arrival condition if the product gets damaged during transition of shipping.

Failure of providing any required proofs might result in delay or denial of warranty claims.

Shipping the return

Please do not send packages to AA Products Inc without prior authorization or approvals. We cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be paid for prior to shipping. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on possible claims.

Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue a return-shipping label for packages being returned by the customer. The customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges for approved warranty replacement products or repaired products.
