Seven-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

Due to the heavy-weight nature of the item, we offer a 7-day Hassle-free Return & Exchange for items with the following conditions ONLY:

1. The item arrives damaged ( Picture proofs needed )

We will exempt all the shipping & handling cost for buyers who receive damage items or damaged delivery.

A buyer must contact us within 7 days upon delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

 

For all other Returns & Exchanges:

We accept Return & Exchange 45 days since the date of purchase; buyers are responsible for all shipping & handling cost.

We are NOT responsible for any misjudgments on colors, sizes; any Non Warranty Issue Return / Exchange will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee.

All Returns are subject to inspection for damage before refunding.

Always contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or the request might be refused.

The original shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
